Avant Movable walls have a dedicated service and maintenance division called AEG Maintenance. AEG Maintenance offers some of the most cost-effective service and maintenance packages.
Offering one-off services, three-year and five-year agreements. We can efficiently protect yourinvestment with reactive local engineers and help you comply with all relevant legislation.

Visually Inspect opening structure and report
Inspect track suspension and report
Inspect and tighten tracking suspension and report
Inspect and align all tracking joints, welds & guides
Clean and lubricate the head track
Inspect, clean and lubricate all roller bearings
Inspect all carriers for wear and report
Level all panels and lock off into position
Visually inspect vertical structure and report
Inspect, secure and align all jambs and report
Adjust jambs where applicable
Align all ironmongery and strikes.
Progress the system into position
Inspect fixed or operational seals and adjust, including telescopic nose
Inspect spring unit pressure and report
Inspect profiles for securing and report
Inspect and replace acoustic seals
Inspect and replace magnetic strip
Inspect and replace the acoustic foam
Inspect and report on internal mechanisms
Inspect and report on all gear boxes
Commission the system
