Movable and sliding dividers, particularly motorised systems, are generally considered work equipment under the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER).

Employers are required to ensure that work equipment is maintained and inspected by a competent person. • 3-year maintenance agreement – Planned preventative maintenance scheduled across a three-year term. Regular visits are logged and reported without the need to schedule servicing each year. Perfect for daily usage.
• 5-year maintenance agreement – The same planned regular service approach over a five-year term.
